1) Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 25(a) ("Rule 25(a)"), appellee, William R. Hitchens, Jr., ("Husband"), has moved to affirm a judgment of the Family Court modifying his alimony obligation to his ex-wife, Barbara C. Hitchens ("Wife"). Husband contends that the issues raised in Wifes opening brief are clearly controlled by settled Delaware law and are factual and clearly supported by the record. Husband also claims that Wife raises issues of judicial discretion, but that the court did not abuse its discretion. We agree and affirm.
